CONSULTATION PROJECT, FALL 2025

Over three weeks, my classmates and I developed a brand personality and positioning strategy for TogaNola. Through research and collaboration, we created two unique positioning concepts, each with its own key message, tagline, and creative execution designed to align with the brand’s values and audience. We concluded the project by presenting our work directly to the owner of TogaNola.

HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY RESEARCH

FACULTY-STUDENT SUMMER RESEARCH, SUMMER 2025 – CURRENT

This summer, I worked on a systematic review examining how exercise intensity thresholds relate to long-term health outcomes. I screened studies, extracted data, and evaluated research quality to better understand how aerobic fitness and specific training intensities predict mortality and cardiovascular risk. This project strengthened my skills in scientific analysis and deepened my interest in exercise physiology. While I am still finalizing this research, here is the most recent poster that I presented at the American College of Sports Medicine conference this Fall!
